4. How do I place an order online?

To place an order online, simply browse our collection on the website, select your preferred item, and choose the size of the outfit (when choosing a size, you can select a standard size or write your custom measurements in the notes section), Add the item to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your shipping and payment details. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the details. For custom or bulk orders, please contact us directly for personalized assistance.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping! No matter where you are, we can deliver directly to your address. 

6. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times depend on the dress making process and the destination country. Once the dress design is finalized, it usually takes 3 to 5 days for delivery to the US. The dress making time varies depending on the complexity of the design.

7. Can I return or exchange my items?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item(s) to request a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact. Please refer to our refund policy for full details on the process.
